Over de functie
As a Production Worker, you will operate sorting machines, keep everything running smoothly, and step in when minor malfunctions occur. Technical insight is helpful, but no prior experience is required—we’ll teach you what you need to know. You’ll work in a relaxed environment where teamwork and precision are key. Under your guidance, the sorting process will flow efficiently. If issues arise, you’ll take immediate action or contact the technical department if necessary.
You’ll work in a shift schedule, including evenings, nights, and sometimes weekends. This comes with attractive shift allowances: up to 40% extra between 10 PM and 6 AM. In addition to your salary, we offer growth opportunities within an informal and friendly work environment.
Wat wij bieden
Salary of €14.62 gross per hour;
Shift allowances ranging from 20% to 100%, depending on your shift;
25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday allowance;
A full-time workweek of 37 hours;
Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per km starting from 6 km one-way;
