About the job
As a Production Employee, you will work on the production lines and in the packing department. Together with your colleagues, you ensure everything runs smoothly and that production and quality targets are met.
Your tasks:
- Operate and set up machines;
- Perform quality checks and solve minor technical issues;
- Convert and prepare machines for different products;
- Take responsibility for your own production line;
- Guide and train new colleagues;
- Actively contribute to an efficient and safe production process.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating shifts: one week 06:00 – 14:00, the next week 14:00 – 22:00
Occasionally you will work in a cooler environment (2–6°C), but the employer provides appropriate work clothing to keep you comfortable.
What we offer
- Salary between € 15.06 and € 18.45 gross per hour, including 8% shift allowance;
- 25 vacation days + 8.33% holiday pay;
- Travel allowance from 10 km;
- Weekly or four-weekly pay;

What we ask
- Experience in a production environment, preferably in the food sector;
