Over de functie
As an Allround Production Worker, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality bouillons and sauces with fresh, local ingredients. You will work with modern equipment and ensure that all products meet our high standards. Your tasks include:
- Preparing and packaging sauces using the best ingredients.
- Operating machines (no experience required, we’ll train you!).
- Storing and organizing finished products to keep everything running smoothly.
You’ll work in a friendly and informal team across 3 shifts:
- Morning shift: 07:00–15:00
- Evening shift: 14:00–22:00
- Night shift: 21:00–06:00
Evening and night shifts come with attractive bonuses. Plus, you’ll have the chance to grow into a supervisor role.
Wat wij bieden
- A starting salary of €14.51 per hour;
- Bonuses on top of your salary, such as:
- 140% for overtime (after 40 hours worked)
- 133% for hours worked between 18:00 and 00:00
- 135% for hours worked between 00:00 and 06:00
- 135% for specific bonus hours.

Wat wij vragen
- No experience? No problem! We’ll provide full training.
- You speak Dutch and/or English;
- You are available for at least 40 hours per week;
- You work neatly and hygienically;
- You are comfortable working in both warm and cold environments;
- You are flexible and willing to work on weekends when needed.
