About the Job
As a Recycling Production Worker, you will help process and dispose of used artificial grass surfaces. You will operate machinery and carry out a variety of tasks around the site. You will work Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Learning how to operate the beater machine;
- Keeping the site clean and tidy and shovelling sand;
- Carrying out logistical tasks using a forklift and telehandler;
- Assisting with maintenance work.
Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that the recycling process runs smoothly. This is an active and varied job where you will be on your feet and involved in different tasks throughout the day.
What We Offer
- A gross hourly wage of up to € 17,71;
- Travel allowance of € 0,23 per kilometre, for a maximum one-way distance of 30 km;
- 31 days of annual leave based on a full-time working week;
- 8% holiday allowance;
- Additional pay rates for overtime, where applicable;
- Fixed working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM;
- A position in a small team with opportunities for personal and professional development.

You will be working for an internationally operating family-owned company with over 100 years of experience in metal recycling and steel trading. The company is known for its practical approach, short communication lines and focus on employee development. At the Tiel location, you will join a small, close-knit team responsible for processing and disposing of used artificial grass surfaces.
