About the role
As a Production Worker, you are responsible for processing, weighing, packaging, and moving products throughout the production process. You work in a three-shift rotation and assist the All-Round Line Operator with minor technical issues and malfunctions. You also help maintain a clean and safe working environment. No two days are the same, and there are plenty of opportunities to further develop your skills through training programs and career advancement opportunities. Your commitment and ideas are genuinely valued.
Working hours as a Production Employee:
- Day shift: 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM
- Evening shift: 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM
- Night shift: 9:45 PM – 6:15 AM
What we offer
- Gross base salary between € 15,06 and € 16,68 per hour;
- Shift allowance of 33% (evening) or 35% (night) above your salary;
- Travel allowance of € 0,23 per km, with a maximum of € 300 per month;
- 8.33% holiday allowance;
- 25 vacation days per year;
- Pension accrual from your first working day;
- Option to be paid weekly or every four weeks.
What we ask
- Experience in a production environment is a plus;
- You have a good command of the Dutch or English language.
