Are you ready to roll up your sleeves as a Production Worker? This is your chance to become an essential part of our production process. Every day, you’ll work with a variety of products and have the opportunity to truly make a difference. In this three-shift system rotating between day, evening, and night shifts no two days are the same. You will be responsible for tasks such as loading, weighing, packaging, and moving products. In addition, you will support the Allround Line Operator with minor technical issues and help maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Here, you’ll have the opportunity to grow by following various training programs and contributing to process improvements. Your efforts are truly valued!
You will work the following three-shift schedule:
Day shift: 05:45 – 14:15
Evening shift: 13:45 – 22:15
Night shift: 21:45 – 06:15
Wat wij bieden
- Gross base salary between €15.06 and €16.68 per hour;
- Shift allowance of 33% (evening) or 35% (night);
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km, with a maximum of €300 per month;
- 8.33% holiday allowance;
- 25 vacation days per year;
- Pension accrual from your first working day;
- Option to be paid weekly or every four weeks.
Wat wij vragen
- Experience in a production environment is a plus;
- You have a good command of the Dutch or English language;
- You are physically fit and able to work in a three-shift system;
- You are accurate and able to work well in a team.
