About the function
Within this bakery, there are several departments where you can work as a Production Worker. Depending on the department, your tasks may include packaging bread and bake-off products, slicing and labeling products, and supporting the production process.
On some departments, you will work on an automated packaging line, where you will be responsible for manually filling boxes and monitoring the production line to ensure it continues running smoothly. Together with your colleagues, you will also help maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment.
You will work in a production environment where quality, hygiene, and teamwork are key. Depending on the department, you will work different shifts and perform a variety of tasks within the production process.
Available shifts:
Early shift:
- Monday to Wednesday: 05:00 - 13:00;
- Thursday and Friday: 04:00 - 12:00.
Late shift (Bake-off Production):
- Monday to Friday: 14:00 - 22:00.
Afternoon shift:
- Monday to Friday: 12:00 - 20:00.
On average, you will work one Saturday every four weeks. For this, you will not only receive 134% pay, but you will also receive another day off in return.
What we offer
- A gross salary of €15.66 per hour excluding shift allowance;
- After 6 months of good performance, you may advance to a salary of €16.95 per hour;
- A 34% shift allowance for hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00 and on Saturdays;
- 8.33% holiday allowance;
- 25 vacation days (based on full-time employment);
- The option to receive your salary weekly or every four weeks;
- Fun company parties and events.
What we ask
- You are available for at least 38 hours per week as a Production Worker;
- You are available to work on Saturdays once every 4 weeks;
- Bakery experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to teach you the tricks of the trade!
