Over de functie
As a Production Team Leader, you will manage one shift within the production process of Asian ready-made meals. You will actively work on the production floor, address employees when necessary, and make adjustments where needed.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensuring the production process runs smoothly and according to schedule;
- Monitoring food safety in line with HACCP and other quality standards;
- Safeguarding the safety of employees and visitors on the production floor;
- Making and implementing improvement proposals;
- Preparing incident reports and ensuring appropriate follow-up actions;
- Managing team leaders and employees while supporting their development;
- Conducting performance reviews and guiding employees during absence or sick leave;
- Monitoring costs and managing personnel and production administration.
Working days: Monday to Friday.
Working hours: One week from 05:30 to 14:30, the other week from 14:30 to 00:30.

Wat wij vragen
- You speak and write good Dutch and/or English;
- You have experience in a leadership role within the food industry;
- You are familiar with HACCP regulations and food safety standards;
- You are available full-time and willing to work in a 2-shift system.
