On paper you may be a Production Employee, but in practice, you're a true baker!
Before starting, you wash your hands and clean your shoes. Then, you ensure the correct raw materials and additives are prepared according to the recipe and set up the equipment. You monitor the production process, identify any deviations, and perform quality checks, recording the results. Additionally, you adjust equipment malfunctions or call for assistance with more complex issues. You also keep the machines and your workspace clean to ensure a safe working environment.
As an Operator, you work in a two-shift system from 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00, or a single shift from 05:30-14:30.
Wat wij bieden
- As a Production Employee, you will earn a salary between € 2600 and € 3300 gross per month based on a 38-hour workweek;
- Shift allowances for evening and weekend work ranging from 34% to 100%;
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per km starting from 10 km one way;

Over het bedrijf
This family-owned company, where you can smell the aroma of freshly baked bread every day, has been baking delicious products for over 125 years. From several bakeries they deliver freshly baked goods daily to hundreds of supermarkets in the Netherlands and Belgium. On average they produce 9000 egg cakes and 3000 loaves of bread per hour, and these often rank as the best in tests.
The organization is informal, with short communication lines and plenty of responsibilities for everyone. This provides ample room for development, with various training and growth opportunities available. The bakery in Waalwijk employs around 70 people, who form close-knit teams thanks to strong guidance.
