Over de functie
As a Production Worker, you will join a close-knit team of colleagues. Together, you start the workday with a cup of coffee, after which you get to work together!
Your duties include, among other things:
- Making special custom crates according to customer orders;
- Reading technical drawings;
- Setting up and operating machines;
- Checking the quality of wooden crates;
- Preparing wooden crates for shipment;
- Keeping the workplace clean and safe;
- Collaborating with colleagues to realize the production schedule.
Working days: Monday to Friday.
Working hours: 07:45 to 16:45.
Wat wij bieden
- As a Production Emplyee, you earn €15.42 gross per hour;
- ADV allowance of 5.97% on top of all your worked hours, bringing your gross hourly wage to € 16.34;
- 23 cents travel allowance from 6 km one-way;
- 8% holiday allowance and 25 vacation days;
- Pension accrual;
- The choice between weekly or four-weekly payment of your earned salary;
- After approximately one year of employment, you will receive a contract directly with the company.

- You speak Dutch or English;
- You are available full-time;
- You have a background in a production role.
Over het bedrijf
Our client specializes in designing and producing industrial packaging for transport and storage. From their location at Ekkersrijt in Son en Breugel, they manufacture custom solutions such as wooden boxes, crates, and pallets.
Despite having over 50 employees, there is a very informal and friendly atmosphere. Colleagues know each other well, lines of communication are short, and many employees even voluntarily arrive half an hour early to start the day together with a cup of coffee. With craftsmanship, team spirit, and modern machinery, they work daily on high-quality packaging solutions for their customers.
