Over de functie
As a Production Employee, you will be responsible for producing custom-made crates and supporting the production process. Your duties include:
- Making special custom crates according to customer orders;
- Reading technical drawings;
- Setting up and operating machines;
- Checking product quality;
- Preparing products for shipment;
- Keeping the workplace clean and safe;
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve the production schedule.
Working days: Monday to Friday.
Working hours: 07:45 to 16:45.
Wat wij bieden
- As a Production Emplyee, you earn €15.42 gross per hour;
- ADV allowance of 5.97% on top of all your worked hours, bringing your gross hourly wage to € 16.34;
- 0.23 cents travel allowance from 6 km one-way;
- 8% holiday allowance and 25 vacation days;
- Pension accrual;
- The choice between weekly or four-weekly payment of your earned salary.
- After approximately one year of employment, you will receive a contract directly with the company.

- You speak Dutch and/or English;

- You have a background in a production role.
