About the function
As a Production Employee Bakery, you ensure that the bread production process runs smoothly. You set up and adjust machines, monitor the production line, carry out quality checks, resolve minor technical issues, and assist with product changeovers. Together with your colleagues, you keep the workplace efficient, organized, and clean.
You will work in a two-shift rotation (06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00), with occasional night shifts and weekend work. For evening, night, and weekend shifts, you will receive shift allowances of up to 100% on top of your hourly wage.
What we offer
- A gross hourly salary between € 17,87 and € 18,22;
- Shift allowances on top of your salary of up to 100%;

- Travel allowance of € 0,23 per kilometre for one-way commutes of 10 km or more;

This family-owned company has been baking delicious products for over 125 years and supplies fresh bread and sponge cakes to supermarkets throughout the Netherlands and Belgium every day.
