About the job
As a Production Worker, you will be involved in the production of various concrete products. Do you have technical insight and enjoy thinking about how work can be done better or more efficiently? Then this could be the right position for you.
Your responsibilities:
- Starting, operating and monitoring the production line;
- Checking the quality of the concrete products produced;
- Solving minor breakdowns and identifying technical issues;
- Thinking along with improvements to machines and production processes;
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organized workplace;
- Working according to the applicable safety and quality regulations.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 06:45 to 15:30.
What we offer
- A gross hourly wage of € 14.99 to € 20.12, depending on your experience;
- Travel allowance of € 0.23 per km from 10 km;
- 25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance;
- Flexible payment: weekly or every 4 weeks;

About the company
As a Production Worker, you will work for a financially healthy company that has been specialized in unique concrete products for various outdoor applications for more than 85 years. At the location in Dussen, they produce concrete products for gardens, terraces and public spaces, among other things. You will work in a no-nonsense environment with a flat organizational structure. The team has a friendly and committed atmosphere where cooperation and quality are important. There are also plenty of opportunities to develop yourself and grow within the company.
