Over de functie
As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring an automated freezing line within the food industry. You will oversee the production process, from the supply and preparation of fresh mushrooms to freezing and packaging the finished products. You will monitor machine settings and processing equipment to ensure that production orders are completed according to schedule. You will also maintain product quality, food safety and production capacity. You will work closely with machine operators and forklift drivers and report to the team leader.
Your responsibilities as a Process Operator:
- Setting up, operating and monitoring the automated freezing line;
- Checking process settings, production capacity and product quality;
- Completing production orders according to schedules and established guidelines;
- Dosing additives according to the required specifications;
- Taking samples and performing quality checks;
- Cleaning machinery, resolving minor technical issues and carrying out small repairs;
- Identifying deviations and suggesting improvements to the production process.
Working hours: 3-shift system, with shifts from 05:00 to 13:00, 13:00 to 21:00 and 21:00 to 05:00. Working days: Monday to Friday. You will generally have weekends off.
Wat wij bieden
- A gross monthly salary of € 3.640,- to € 4.463,-, including an average shift allowance of 16.66%;
- A direct employment contract with the company, with the prospect of a permanent contract;

- Travel reimbursement of € 0.23 per kilometre, up to 30 kilometres each way;

Wat wij vragen
- You have experience as an operator, preferably within the food industry;
- You have technical insight and experience with automated production processes;
- You are familiar with food safety and hygiene standards, such as HACCP;
- You have a good command of the English or German language
- You are willing to work in a 3-shift system and can work independently and accurately.
