About the job
As a Operator for Eastern meals and delicacies, you play an important role in keeping the production process running smoothly and safely. You monitor quality, operate and check machines, and work together with colleagues to ensure everything runs according to plan.
Your tasks include:
- Checking the quality and the production process;
- Reporting and solving deviations in production;
- Supervising and guiding colleagues;
- Performing light maintenance on the machines;
- Suggesting improvements to the process;
- Producing according to planning and safety regulations.
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours: One week from 05:30 to 14:30, the next week from 14:30 to 00:30
Wat wij bieden
- Salary between €16.79 and €18.21 gross per hour;
- After 6 p.m., you will earn between € 22,33 and € 24,22 per hour, including shift allowance!;
- 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday pay (fulltime);
- Annual end-of-year bonus of 3% of your earned income over the past 12 months (if you have been employed for at least 2 months);
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km from 10 km one way;
- Option to receive your salary weekly or every four weeks;

What we ask
- At least two years of experience as an operator or in a similar role;
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP);
- Good command of Dutch or English;
- Availability for 40 hours per week in a 2-shift system.
