About the job
As an Operator, you will contribute to the production of plant-based meat alternatives. You operate modern machines, monitor the production process, and ensure that everything runs safely and in an orderly manner. You perform tasks such as weighing, packing, stacking, and cleaning. Minor malfunctions are resolved together with your colleagues. You work according to clear instructions and maintain a clean workspace. Together with the team, you ensure high quality and assist where needed. You identify possible improvements and follow training courses to maintain the required quality standards.
You will work in the following 3-shift schedule:
Day shift: 05:45 -14:15
Evening shift: 13:45 - 22:15
Night shift: 21:45 - 06:15
What we offer
- A salary of € 17.13 gross per hour;
- 5% ADV allowance, bringing your hourly wage to € 17.98;
- A 33% evening shift and 35% night shift allowance, allowing you to earn up to € 24.28 per hour;
- Travel reimbursement of € 0.23 per km, up to a maximum of € 300 per month;
- 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday pay;
- A long-term position;
- Option to be paid weekly or every 4 weeks;
- Informal working atmosphere with fun social events and outings.
What we ask
- You have at least 2 years of experience as an operator;
- You have a good command of the Dutch and/or English language;
- You are flexible and available to work in a 3-shift schedule.

Our client is an innovative company in the food industry, located in Ochten. They specialize in producing plant-based meat alternatives made from soy. The production process runs 24/7 in a 3-shift system, and approximately 100 to 150 employees work at the facility.
