Over de functie
As an Operator, you are responsible for ensuring that the entire production process runs smoothly. You work independently, make adjustments where necessary, and monitor quality, safety, and continuity. The Operator role goes beyond operating a single machine and requires a clear overview of the process and a proactive attitude.
Your responsibilities as an Operator include:
- Operating, setting up, and adjusting multiple machines and production processes;
- Independently analyzing and resolving minor technical issues;
- Coordinating with the technical maintenance team for more complex malfunctions;
- Monitoring quality, hygiene, and safety across the entire production line;
- Recording process data, parameters, and deviations;
- Guiding and supporting less experienced operators.
Working hours (3-shift schedule): Morning shift: 7:00 – 15:00 | Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 23:00 | Night shift: 23:00 – 7:00 (starting Sunday night).
Working days: Monday through Friday.
Wat wij bieden
- Salary between € 3,246 and € 4,042 gross per month including shift allowances;
- 25 vacation days and 9.5 ADV days per year;
- 8% holiday allowance and a fixed 4.5% year-end bonus;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km;
- Direct employment contract with the company;
- Opportunities to grow into roles such as Process Operator or Senior Operator.
Wat wij vragen
- Experience with production or packaging machines;
- Technical understanding of processes, recipes, and machine settings;
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the production process;
- Ability to read and communicate in English or Dutch;
- Strong focus on safety and the confidence to intervene when necessary.
