Over de functie
As a Operator, you keep a close eye on the machines, carry out quality checks and take action when necessary. A malfunction? That does not scare you. You try to solve the problem yourself and, where necessary, work together with the technical department. Together, you make sure production can resume as quickly as possible.
Your responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring production machines;
- Monitoring the production process and quality;
- Carrying out checks during production;
- Converting machines when changing products;
- Identifying and resolving minor malfunctions;
- Keeping your workplace clean and tidy.
2-shift system:
06:00 - 14:15 | 14:00 - 22:45
3-shift system:
06:45 - 14:45 | 14:45 - 22:45 | 22:45 - 06:45
Wat wij bieden
- A salary of up to € 18.96 gross per hour including shift allowance;
- 24 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance;
- A year-end bonus of 3.25%;

Wat wij vragen
- You are technically minded and interested in machines;
- Experience as an operator and/or in the food industry is an advantage;
- You speak and understand Dutch well enough to follow work instructions;
- You are flexible and have no problem working in a 3-shift system.
Over het bedrijf
You will be working for this company, a large and well-known food manufacturer. From the location in Oss, various products are made that you probably know from the supermarket yourself. These include frankfurters, smoked sausages, soups and other savory products. Within this international company, many colleagues work together to produce food that is served on people's tables every day. You will work in a pleasant environment where teamwork is important and colleagues are always there for each other.
