About the role
As a Bakery Operator, you make sure the packing process runs smoothly. You set up machines, monitor the production line, and check the quality of the products before they are sent to customers. If there is a small machine problem, you solve it yourself or together with your colleagues.
You will work in a 3-shift system:
- 06:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 22:00
- 22:00 – 06:00
The schedule is made every week, so your shifts may change weekly. Thanks to extra allowances for evening, night, and weekend work, your hourly wage can increase to €35.36 per hour.

About the company
This bakery in Hedel operates day and night. Fresh bread, bakery products, and seasonal specialties such as Christmas and Easter breads are made here every day for major supermarkets across the Netherlands. You will join a friendly family-owned company with more than 120 colleagues. During each shift, you work with around 30 team members to keep production running smoothly. The working atmosphere is informal, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and grow within the company.
