About the job
As an Operator, you are responsible for operating and setting CNC machines and making sure the production process runs smoothly. You work accurately, monitor quality and take action when adjustments are needed.
Your responsibilities as an Operator include:
- Setting and operating CNC machines;
- Milling and turning metal and aluminium parts;
- Checking products for quality and accurate measurements;
- Carrying out finishing work such as drilling, grinding and punching;
- Identifying deviations and making adjustments to the production process.
You will work 38 hours per week from Monday to Friday in a 2-shift schedule:
- Early shift: 06:00 - 14:00;
- Late shift: 14:00 - 22:00.
What we offer
- Gross hourly wage of € 19,78 to € 20,94, including 14% shift allowance, depending on your experience;
- 8% holiday allowance and pension from your first working day;
- 25 paid holidays based on a full-time position;
- € 0,15 net travel allowance per kilometre;

About the company
This family-owned company in Venray specialises in metalworking for different industries, including automotive, furniture and design, and the food industry. Customers bring their raw products to the company, where a team of around 16 employees turns them into fully finished products.
Everyone is welcome to learn the job in a diverse and friendly working environment. Dutch, English and German are spoken at the workplace. The team is close and colleagues help each other, creating a pleasant working atmosphere.
The company works with CNC machines and organises a staff party twice a year, including a DJ, beer tap and food truck.
Your development is important too. You can follow internal training and have the opportunity to grow into a Senior Operator or Team Leader.
