Over de functie
As a Warehouse Employee, you play a crucial role in the logistics process. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for transport. You also keep the warehouse organised and collect a variety of construction materials for customers. Thanks to your efforts, the right materials are always available at the right time.
What will you do as a Warehouse Employee?
- Order picking: Collect and move construction materials using a forklift;
- Loading and unloading: Receive incoming goods and ensure they are processed efficiently;
- Stock management: Check stock levels and replenish inventory on time;
- Warehouse organisation: Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Working days and hours
- Working days: Monday to Friday;
- Working hours: 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
Wat wij bieden
- A salary between €16.37 and €17.03 gross per hour, including ADV allowance;
- 8% holiday allowance on your annual salary, including any applicable allowances;
- 25 days of annual leave per year based on a full-time working week;
- €0.23 travel allowance per kilometre from 10 kilometres one-way, up to a maximum of 25 kilometres one-way;
- Pension accrual from your first working day;
- 50% allowance for working on Saturdays when Saturday is not a regular working day;
- 50% allowance for working between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM;
- An overtime scheme with additional allowances when you work outside your regular working hours;
- Opportunities to develop your skills through training and education;
- The possibility to take four unpaid study days per year for an education or study programme;
- Additional annual leave days based on age or length of service, in accordance with the HIBIN Collective Labour Agreement (CAO);
- Employee discount on building materials;
- Choice between weekly or four-weekly payment.
Wat wij vragen
- You speak the Dutch and/or English language;
- You have a valid forklift certificate;
- You enjoy physical work and don't mind staying active throughout the day.
