About the job
As a Reachtruckdriver, your role involves much more than just operating a reachtruck. Your responsibilities are varied and include order picking, warehouse operations, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized.
Because you will be working with chilled meat products such as luncheon meat and chicken breast slices, the work environment is kept cool (5–7°C). To compensate, you will receive a cold environment allowance of € 0.20 per hour and warm workwear is provided, making it easy to adapt to the temperature.
You will work in a three-shift rotation:
- 07:00 – 15:00
- 15:00 – 23:00
- 23:00 – 07:00
What we offer
- A starting salary of € 18.06 or € 20.82 gross per hour, including a 20% shift allowance (depending on experience);
- An additional cold environment allowance of € 0.20 per hour;
- A 50% bonus for all hours worked on Saturdays;
- Travel allowance of € 0.22 per kilometer (from 10 km onwards);
- 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday pay;
- Pension accrual from day one through StiPP Pension Fund.
What we ask
- You hold a valid reachtruck certificate;
- You are willing to work on Saturdays once every six weeks;
- You are comfortable working in a chilled environment.
