About the job
As a Reach Truck Driver, you do more than just driving a reach truck. Your job is all-round: from order picking to keeping the warehouse clean.
You will work with chilled meat products like sliced sausage and chicken fillet. The work environment is cold (5–7°C), but you receive a cold allowance of €0.20 per hour and warm work clothing, so you will get used to it quickly.
You will work in a 3-shift system:
- 07:00 – 15:00
- 15:00 – 23:00
- 23:00 – 07:00
What we offer
- A starting salary of € 18,06 or € 20,82 gross per hour (including 20% shift allowance, depending on experience);
- Extra cold allowance of € 0,20 per hour and 50% extra pay for Saturday work;
- Travel allowance of € 0,22 per km (from 10 km);
- 25 vacation days and 8,33% holiday allowance;
- Pension from day 1 via StiPP.
What we ask
- You have a valid reach truck certificate;
- You are willing to work one Saturday every 6 weeks;
- You are comfortable working in a cold environment
About the company
You will work at the largest meat packaging producer in the Benelux. Every day, more than 100 types of deli meats are sliced, packed, and distributed to major supermarkets.
