About the job
As an Orderpicker in Venlo, you will ensure that orders are collected correctly and on time. You will work in a warehouse that uses a Pick to Light system. This means that lights indicate which products you need to pick and how many are required. This makes it easy to work quickly and accurately. You will work along a conveyor belt and collaborate with your colleagues to process orders efficiently. You may also work as a Replenisher, making sure that the picking line is continuously supplied with the right products. In this role, accuracy is important, as you need to check product numbers carefully to prevent mistakes. You will rarely need to use an electric pallet truck (EPT), but experience operating one is an advantage.
What will you do?
- Pick orders using a Pick to Light system;
- Collect products along a conveyor belt;
- Check that the correct products are picked;
- Replenish products on the picking line;
- Check product numbers and ensure accuracy;
- Work with colleagues to prepare orders on time;
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
You will work Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or from 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM. You will work an average of 30 to 32 hours per week, although the number of hours may vary.
What we offer
- A gross hourly wage of € 14,99, increasing to € 15,28 including the 1,92% ADV allowance;
- A 50% bonus for working on Saturdays and a 100% bonus for working on Sundays;
- Travel expense reimbursement of € 0,25 per kilometre, up to a maximum one-way distance of 50 kilometres;
- 8% holiday allowance;
- 25 days of annual leave based on a full-time working week;
- An average working week of 30 to 32 hours, with hours varying depending on workload;
- Day shifts from Monday to Friday;

What we ask
- You speak Dutch, English or German;
- You have experience as an Orderpicker;
- Experience operating an electric pallet truck (EPT) is an advantage;
- You are flexible regarding your working hours.
