Over de functie
As an Orderpicker, you make sure every order is ready to leave the warehouse on time. You'll work with a friendly team and gradually learn all warehouse tasks, becoming an all-round Orderpicker who can work in different areas.
Your responsibilities include:
- Picking and checking customer orders;
- Preparing products for shipment;
- Counting stock and keeping the warehouse clean and organized;
- Loading and unloading trucks;
- Learning to work across different warehouse departments.
You will work in an 8-hour day shift. Depending on the department, working hours are between 07:30 and 18:30. On Fridays, most departments start later. The exact working hours will be discussed with you in advance.
Wat wij bieden
- A starting salary of € 14.99 per hour;
- Salary increases as you learn new tasks and responsibilities;
- A 40% evening shift allowance after 6:00 PM (bringing your hourly rate to €20.99);
- 25 vacation days and 8% holiday pay;
- Bonus scheme: €450 gross bonus for a full calendar year without any sick leave (subject to applicable conditions).
- Travel allowance of € 0.23 per kilometer from 7.5 km onwards;
