Over de functie
As a Logistics Employee, you will be involved in every step of the logistics process. You will work in a close-knit team of four colleagues, including a working supervisor who provides daily guidance and support.
Your responsibilities include:
- Receiving, storing, collecting, and issuing goods;
- Processing raw materials, packaging materials, and products;
- Registering and administratively processing incoming and outgoing goods;
- Operating a forklift;
- Keeping the work environment clean and organized.
You will work in a 3-shift system, with the following rotating weekly schedules:
- Day shift: 05:45 AM to 02:15 PM;
- Evening shift: 01:45 PM to 10:15 PM;
- Night shift: 09:45 PM to 06:15 AM.
Wat wij bieden
- A gross hourly salary between €16.86 and €17.57, including a 5% ADV allowance;
- 33% shift allowance for evening shifts and 35% shift allowance for night shifts;
- A 3% year-end bonus based on your annual earnings;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre, up to €300 per month;
- 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance;
- The opportunity to obtain your forklift certificate at no cost if you do not already have one;

- Basic knowledge of logistics operations;

Our client is a food manufacturing company based in Ochten, the Netherlands, specializing in plant-based meat alternatives made from soy. Production runs 24/7 in a 3-shift system, with approximately 100 to 150 employees. The company offers an informal and friendly working environment where personal development is encouraged.
