About the job
Are you ready for a dynamic and varied job? As a Logistics Employee, you are the key person in the warehouse and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You collect goods, check outgoing orders, and make sure everything is prepared neatly and on time for transport. You count stock, prepare goods for shipment, and load or unload trucks. During your work, you will gradually be trained in different departments. This way, you will learn more tasks step by step and develop yourself into an all-round Logistics Employee. With every new responsibility you successfully complete, your salary will also increase. Thanks to your efforts, everything runs efficiently and no day is the same.
You will work in an 8-hour day shift. Depending on the department, working hours are between 07:30 and 18:30. On Fridays, most departments start later. The exact working hours will be discussed with you in advance.
What we offer
- A starting salary of € 14.99 per hour;
- Your salary increases as you learn new tasks;
- A 40% evening allowance after 18:00 (meaning € 20.99 per hour);
- 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance;
- Bonus scheme: €450 gross bonus for a full calendar year without any sick leave (subject to applicable conditions).
- Travel allowance of € 0.23 per kilometer from 7.5 km onwards;
