As an All-round Technician, you’ll not only get the opportunity to further develop your technical skills, but also to make a direct impact on the production process. This position involves working in a three-shift system, but you’ll be well compensated for it.
What will you be doing as an All-round Technician?
- Performing preventive maintenance using the Ultimo system to keep machines in top condition;
- Accurately logging malfunctions and maintenance activities in the system;
- Providing feedback after maintenance to improve processes and maintenance strategies;
- Proposing improvements focused on optimizing the machinery, with a strong focus on safety and food safety;
- Supporting and guiding operators and production staff with your technical expertise;Troubleshooting high-tech machines during the production process;
- Carrying out electrical and mechanical modifications to improve machine performance.
Wat wij bieden
- You’ll receive a direct one-year contract with a gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €4,000 (depending on experience);
- A 20% shift allowance for working in a three-shift system;
- A year-end bonus of 3.25%;
- Enjoy 24 vacation days, with the possibility of additional days based on your age, plus 9 extra compensation days to make the most of your time off;
- 8% holiday allowance and an excellent pension scheme;

- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
Wat wij vragen
- A secondary vocational (MBO) education in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a similar technical field;
- You have basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, PLC systems, and mechanical engineering (WTB);
- You’re willing to work in a three-shift system and benefit from an attractive 20% shift allowance, giving you extra reward for your dedication.
