Over de functie
As a Teamleader Production, you'll manage one to three production lines daily and lead a team of approximately 18 employees. You'll actively participate on the shop floor, monitor progress, and ensure daily targets are met. You'll be the link between the shop floor and the production manager, ensuring structure, safety, and a positive work environment.You'll contribute ideas for improvements and be given the freedom to implement your ideas.
This is a role for someone who enjoys maintaining an overview, adapts quickly, and knows how to motivate others.
As a Production Team Leader, you'll work two shifts:
- Early shift: Monday to Saturday, 5:15 AM to 3:15 PM
(If you work Saturdays, you'll get a weekday off) - Late shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 1:00 AM

- You are available 40 hours per week in a 2-shift system.

They package and distribute everything quickly and fresh. They work hard, but with a down-to-earth and transparent approach.
