About the job
As soon as you lace up your work shoes and step into the production hall, you can feel the energy. Together with your colleagues, you gather the right ingredients and help prepare the dough. The air is filled with the warm, comforting scent of yeast, flour, and freshly baked bread. The machines hum, the lines keep moving, and you make sure everything runs smoothly. You keep a close eye on the process and package the bread neatly and efficiently – always with a focus on quality. Every day brings something new, but the atmosphere remains familiar and welcoming.
The bakery is running at full capacity and operates from Monday to Sunday in a 3-shift system:
- Morning Shift: 06:00 – 14:00
- Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 22:00
- Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00
You’ll be working between Monday and Sunday. If you’re flexible and available to work weekends, you’ll enjoy attractive allowance, with hourly rates going up to € 30,64!
What we offer
- Hourly pay between € 15,32 and € 30,64 gross per hour (including shift allowances up to 100%);
- Flexible working hours between 24 and 38 hours per week;
- Travel allowance of € 0,23 per km (from 10 km);
- 8.33% holiday pay;

- Choice of weekly or bi-weekly payment.
