About the role
As an Operator, you ensure the sorting machines run smoothly. You operate the machines, solve minor issues yourself and contact the technical service team when needed. You'll receive thorough training when you start, and there are great opportunities to grow and develop your technical skills.
Working days and hours:
- Morning shift: Monday to Thursday from 05:45 to 15:00 (Fridays off);
- Afternoon shift: Monday to Thursday from 10:00 to 18:00, Friday from 10:00 to 16:00;
- Evening shift: Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 00:00;
- Night shift: Monday to Friday from 23:30 to 06:30.
Weekend shifts are possible, but not required. For working irregular hours, you’ll receive attractive allowances: 20% to 40% extra in the evenings and nights, and 100% extra on Sundays.
What we offer
- A gross hourly wage of € 15.86, rising up to € 18.44 with shift allowances;
- Shift bonuses of 20% to 100% depending on your working hours;
- 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday allowance;
- Travel allowance of € 0.23 per km (from 6 km one way);

- Choice between weekly or 4-weekly pay.
