Over de functie
As an Operator, you'll work with advanced CNC machines to transform metal parts into high-quality finished products. You’ll be hands-on from start to finish: from machine setup to manual finishing. Your tasks as an Operator will include:
- Setting up and operating CNC-controlled lathes and milling machines;
- Performing manual finishing tasks like drilling, grinding, punching, and measuring metal and aluminum parts.
You’ll work 38 hours per week in a 2-shift system:
- Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
- Evening shift: 14:00 – 22:00.
Wat wij bieden
- Gross hourly wage up to € 19,41, including 14% shift allowance;
- Travel allowance of € 0,15 netto per kilometer;
- 3% salary increase starting in October;
- 8.33% holiday allowance and 25 vacation days (based on full-time);
- The opportunity to master all aspects of metalworking.
Wat wij vragen
- You speak the English language;
- Experience with CNC machines is a plus, but not required;
- You’re interested in technology and eager to develop your skills in metalworking.
