About the job
As an Operator, you will work together with your colleagues in the vegetarian meat production and packing department. You ensure that everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
What you will do:
- Operate and set up machines;
- Perform checks and resolve malfunctions;
- Convert and prepare machines for production;
- Manage your own production line;
- Train new colleagues;
- Work together to achieve daily production goals;
Workdays: Monday to Friday
Working hours: One week from 06:00 to 14:00, the next week from 14:00 to 22:00
Sometimes you will work in a cooler environment, but the company ensures you stay comfortable and warm.
What we offer
- Salary between € 15,70 and € 19,41 gross per hour, including 8% shift allowance;
- 8.33% holiday pay and 25 vacation days (full-time);
- Travel allowance from 10 KM;
- Choice of weekly or 4-weekly payment;

- Experience as an operator, preferably in the food sector;
